Living your self is not easy
Not living your self pressure-bakes pain
Do you listen to your self in silence?
Exhale

Stop
Feel
Are you in a hurry?
If you’re in a hurry or don’t know you are,
you might be hurrying nowhere -
Fast

Sous-tenir — ‘hold from below’
You are only as strong as your foundations, however fortified.
Whose inefficiencies are you willing to hold?

Sous-tenir yourself
You are the only planet you have
How are your foundations these days?

“It’s a great opportunity” you hear
A great opportunity for what? you wonder
Does the sentence end with “for me” or “to be exploited”?

Many of the world’s problems would dissolve if we all slow down
